We are looking for site technicians, preferably with some experience ‘in the field’. You will be involved in conducting site surveys from start to finish. You will be trained on a broad range of geophysical equipment as well as various methods of surveying. An interest in everything technical, an ability to be self motivated in all weather, and an ability to function as a reliable part of the team is vital. You will be dealing with customers on a regular basis, liaising with office staff, and on occasion dealing with the public. A professional approach to work ethic and communication is therefore extremely important.
You will receive extensive on the job training alongside our experienced team. You must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence as the job involves a lot of travelling.

Project Geophysicist
Zetica Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Geophysicist to be part of our busy and successful team.
You will be expected to work in our engineering/environmental and rail team based near Oxford, United Kingdom and should have extensive experience working in near-surface engineering geophysics.
Requirements are a working knowledge of:
- GPR
- Seismic refraction
- Surface wave
- Seismics
- 2D resistivity imaging
- EM
- Magnetics
- Experience with Geosoft Oasis Montaj is an essential pre-requisite.
- Excellent writing skills are vital to this position.
You should have a MSc degree in physics, geophysics, geology or a related field. You will also need a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, along with a keen desire to get a job completed to budget and deadline and a strong client service ethic.
The position includes data analysis, data interpretation, and reporting. Most work will be in the UK, with occasional overseas projects. We have a young, enthusiastic team who thrive on getting the job done to the highest standards. You will be working closely together with this team conveying your knowledge of the science and helping them give our clients the best service and reports.
